Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead delivery of clinical studies, oversee multicountry programs and drive operational excellence. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and optimize timelines, budget and milestones.

The role requires extensive CRO/pharma experience with CNS therapeutics and a track record of guiding complex projects across regions. Strong English communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field.
• Requires >7 years clinical research experience including 4 years project management.
• Knowledge of clinical trials conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP, local laws).
• Strong written and verbal English communication; excellent presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer management skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Leadership: manage and mentor cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid defense presentations in partnership with Business Development for multi-country studies.
• Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team.
• Oversee strategic planning and execution to optimize speed, quality and cost.
• Set objectives for the core project team and assess performance.
• Collaborate with functional groups to support milestones and resolve issues.
• Monitor progress and proactively present project information to stakeholders.
• Deliver and manage medium to large, multi-regional studies; manage risk and contingencies.
• Identify scope changes and manage change control; implement corrective actions.
• Provide input to line managers on performance; mentor and develop staff.
