Job summary

IQVIA Biotech Poland is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Associate to manage contract strategy and oversee start‑up contracting activities for complex studies and multi‑protocol programs. This homebased role supports global programs, with potential line‑management responsibilities and exposure to sponsor negotiations.

You will collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and RSU teams to ensure timely delivery, high‑quality contracting, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required).
• 5+ years of site contracting experience within a sponsor or CRO, including international contract expertise.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to challenge and influence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven success working within matrix teams.
• Advanced legal, financial, and technical writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex investigator grant estimates, contracting strategies, and proposal text to support business development.
• Create and maintain contract and budget templates, systems, tools, processes, and training materials for complex studies and multi‑protocol programs.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and RSU regional teams to ensure successful delivery and sponsor compliance.
• Provide contracting expertise to support site agreements and study start‑up and maintenance.
• Create and review documentation required for study initiation.
