Job summary

Oyster is seeking a senior HR professional to lead complex employee relations across multiple European countries, primarily Portugal, Italy, and Spain. This fully remote role requires deep ER expertise and a strong, cross-border HR background.

You will provide pragmatic, compliant guidance and partner with internal teams and clients to resolve high-stakes people issues. You will champion AI-aware workflows, improve processes, and deliver timely, strategic advice while maintaining a people-first

Qualifications

• Deep employee relations expertise across multiple countries.
• 6+ years of ER & HR generalist experience.
• Multilingual capabilities in Portuguese, Italian and/or Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior HR expert for complex ER matters across allocated countries.
• Provide guidance on high-risk cases including investigations and terminations.
• Navigate local legal frameworks to ensure compliance while supporting business goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Oyster customers to give actionable, timely advice.
