Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is hiring a Sr. Associate - HRO to manage Employee Lifecycle activities for EMEA. You will handle HR processes, data updates, and employee support in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment.

Fluency in German (Advanced - C1) and a strong background in HRIS/ERP are required. Remote work is available with Poland shift timing and competitive compensation starting from 8,400 PLN monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related fields or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and data management.
• Experience with ERP, HRIS and Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform HR processes in line with global directions and local requirements.
• Answer queries from all EMEA employees.
• Ensure accurate data updates in HR systems.
• Support employees, managers and HR in administration processes.
• Execute transactions per country regulations and SLAs.
• Provide answers and recommendations for HR inquiries.
• Partner with clients to improve processes and policies.
• Identify areas to improve communications and efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Support teammates with process questions and client service.
• Expand knowledge across the WFA team.
• Handle any tasks outside country scope as needed.
