Ecolab is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to create, review, revise, and negotiate commercial contracts for the Global Pest business. You will advise internal stakeholders on contract terms and conditions and support multiple business areas. Responsibilities will expand to other areas over time.
The role emphasizes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with end customers and providing risk-informed legal guidance across regions.
Competenze
- Law degree with license to practice law.
- Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with end customers.
- Ability to identify, analyze and communicate legal risks to internal clients.
- Strong English drafting and negotiation skills.
- Experience training or supervising junior lawyers or paralegals is a plus.
Mansioni
- Review and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Provide general legal advice to senior management and business groups.
- Build and manage relationships with key legal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Global Pest stakeholders to understand business context.
- Identify and mitigate risks affecting contracts.
- Coordinate with the Global Pest legal team across time zones.
