Ecolab seeks an experienced commercial contracts lawyer to create, review, revise, and negotiate agreements for our Global Pest business. You will advise internal stakeholders on terms, manage risk, and support multiple geographies with a focus on delivering high-quality legal guidance.

The role requires a law degree and 10+ years of experience, with in-house experience and multinational exposure preferred. Hybrid work model with relocation support for international candidates is provided.

Competenze

• 10+ years of commercial contracting experience.
• Law degree and professional licensing to practice law.
• Experience with multinational industrial/manufacturing companies preferred.
• In-house legal experience preferred but not required.
• Strong drafting and negotiating contracts with end customers.

Mansioni

• Review and negotiate agreements in connection with commercial transactions.
• Offer general legal advice to company management and functional business groups.
• Build and manage relationships with key legal stakeholders.
• Partner with Global Pest stakeholders to understand business context and priorities.
• Identify and communicate legal risks to enable risk-adjusted decisions.
• Collaborate with Global Pest legal team across time zones to ensure high-quality support.
