Ecolab in Kraków seeks a senior legal professional to create, review, and negotiate commercial contracts for our Global Pest business. You will advise management and key stakeholders on contract terms across varying levels of complexity.

You will build relationships with legal colleagues across time zones, identify risks, and support internal clients in making informed, risk-adjusted decisions. Hybrid work options and relocation support are available.

Qualifications

• Law degree with bar/licensure to practice.
• 10+ years in commercial contracting.
• Multinational industrial/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient in drafting and negotiating contracts in English.

Responsabilités

• Review and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Provide general legal advice to management and business groups.
• Build and manage relationships with key legal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Global Pest legal team across time zones.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks affecting contracts.
