Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced HRO Team Coordinator with German language skills to join our international HR Service Center. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, delivering high-quality HR support in line with company policies.

In this hybrid role, you will lead a small team, coordinate onboarding, track KPIs, manage inquiries in German and English, and help improve HR processes. Experience with Workday/SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in HR operations or shared services.
• Fluent German and strong English communication.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Lead HR team, assign tasks, and manage stakeholder calls.
• Support onboarding and act as first point of contact for team questions.
• Manage team schedules, shifts, and timesheets; ensure SLA adherence.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports; identify bottlenecks.
• Document HR cases in systems and maintain knowledge base.
• Support audits, compliance checks, and process improvements.
• Assist HR reporting and documentation as needed.
