Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Wrocław is seeking an experienced HRO Subject Matter Expert (SME) to deliver German-language HR support within our international HR Service Center. You will be the primary contact for employees and managers, handling inquiries in German and ensuring compliance with company policies.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5–6 years in HR operations, shared services, or HR support roles.
• Experience providing first-line HR support in a corporate environment.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact for team questions and onboarding.
• Manage and prioritize HR queries; monitor queues and SLAs.
• Lead task assignments, KPI tracking, and performance reports.
• Ensure documentation of HR cases and maintain knowledge base.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Support HR reporting and documentation as needed.
