Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Warsaw is launching a new international HR operations project and building a dedicated team from scratch. We are looking for German-speaking specialists to join us across three key HR areas.

Responsibilities include supporting payroll for Germany, data validation and reporting, ensuring tax and social security compliance, and managing SAP employee data. The role also covers HR data maintenance, LMS coordination, and end-to-end recruitment support.

Qualifications

• 0–3+ years of experience in HR / Payroll / Recruitment / Administration.
• Very good German (B2+/C1) and good English.
• Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, Finance or similar).
• Experience with MS Office (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processes for Germany (pre & post payroll).
• Perform data validation, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with German tax & social security regulations.
• Manage employee data in SAP.
