• University degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in sales, key account management, or account management within industrial, marine, energy, or similar B2B sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account management for the synchronous generator business in Poland; footprint may expand to adjacent countries.
• Drive revenue growth and order intake by expanding business within existing customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs, installed base opportunities, replacement cycles, service needs, and expansion potential.
