Job summary

UBS in Kraków/Wrocław is seeking an organized specialist to validate, render and distribute fund reports and related marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery. You will manage data tasks, improve reporting services, handle stakeholder requests with quality, build internal and external relationships, and proactively address data quality issues to support Asset Management operations.

The role offers exposure to global teams and a dynamic, detail‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or certificates in business, finance, economics or math is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of fund reporting business, tools and processes.
• Strong technical skills and affinity for working with data (Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, etc.).
• Fluency in English (will be tested during interview).
• Solid risk management skills.
• Professional experience in Asset Management, Fund Servicing, or related areas is an asset.

• manage various reporting data tasks (e.g., process input data, organize translations, address data quality issues, etc.)
• pro‑actively contribute to business change and enhanced reporting services (formulate business requirements, support development, execute testing, etc.)
• handle stakeholder requests with the highest quality and in a timely manner

Your team

You’ll be working in the UBS Group Operations Fund Reporting & Data team in Wrocław/Kraków, providing top level fund reporting services to our clients. The team is part of a globally organized UBS Group Operations Performance & Reporting team with presence in Wrocław, Kraków, Zurich, Basel, London, Milan, Chicago, Singapore, Tokio and Pune. We work in close conjunction with all areas of Asset Management, including Client Coverage, Marketing, Investments, Products, Technology and IT, as well as many different teams within Operations area.

Your expertise

• university degree or certificates preferably in business, finance, economics, mathematics sciences, etc. will be a strong asset
• knowledge of fund reporting business, tools, and processes
• strong technical skills and affinity for working with data (Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, etc.) will be a strong asset
• fluency in English (will be tested during interview process)
