Job summary

UBS Group Operations Fund Reporting & Data team in Wrocław/Kraków is seeking a proactive professional to validate and render fund reports, including factsheets and client reports. The role involves managing data tasks, translations, and quality issues, while supporting change initiatives and testing to enhance reporting services.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate outputs and continuous process improvements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• Knowledge of fund reporting processes and tools.
• Strong data skills with Excel, VBA, SQL, Python.
• Fluency in English, risk management capability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate validation, rendering and distribution of fund reports and marketing materials (factsheets, ESG reports, client reports, etc.)
• Manage various reporting data tasks (process input data, organize translations, address data quality issues, etc.)
• Proactively contribute to business change and enhanced reporting services (formulate business requirements, support development, execute testing, etc.)
• Handle stakeholder requests with the highest quality and in a timely manner
• Develop and build up relations with the internal and external stakeholders
• Identify inconsistencies and proactively look for resolution and improvement

Your Team

You’ll be working in the UBS Group Operations Fund Reporting & Data team in Wrocław/Kraków, providing top level fund reporting services to our clients.

Expertise

• University degree or certificates preferably in business, finance, economics, mathematics sciences, etc. will be a strong asset
• Knowledge of fund reporting business, tools, and processes
• Strong technical skills and affinity for working with data (Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, etc.) will be a strong asset
• Fluency in English (will be tested during interview process)
• Solid risk management skills
• Professional experience within Asset Management, Fund Servicing, or related areas will be a strong asset
