Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION is seeking a Senior Fund Administrator for the IAIS Simcorp team in Kraków. You will monitor accounting tasks, ensure timely reporting, and review others’ work to deliver high-quality service to clients and internal stakeholders.

The role requires fund administration knowledge, Excel and Outlook skills, and strong communication in English with intermediate German. A minimum 12 months’ experience and an in-office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Understanding of fund administration is required.
• PC literate with Excel proficiency.
• MS Outlook knowledge at a competent level.
• Good written and verbal communication in English; intermediate German.
• Experience in fund administration is preferred (12 months+).
• Minimum of 3 days per week in office.

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous fund administration processing and controlling tasks and reporting duties.
• Review fund components and checklists; verify others' work.
• Liaise with internal clients and external counterparties for inputs and issue resolution.
• Assist Team Manager to ensure procedures and controls are followed.
• Identify control gaps and provide timely responses to inquiries.
• Keep managers informed of daily progress; maintain team communication.
• Provide direction and training to staff, including new hires.
• Take responsibility for personal development and ad-hoc duties.
