Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION is seeking an Investment Administration Insourcing Services (IAIS) Simcorp Fund Administrator in Kraków, Poland. You will ensure data accuracy and on-time reporting to clients and stakeholders, and engage in exception resolution with cross-functional teams.

You will perform fund administration tasks, review components, liaise with clients and counterparties, and support ongoing improvements to processes and controls while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Numeracy and literacy skills are required.
• PC literate with Excel proficiency.
• MS Outlook knowledge at a competent level.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Intermediate English and German knowledge.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and quality of work.
• Ability to take ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Perform Fund Administration processes, including accounting, reporting and administrative duties for timely and accurate delivery to clients.
• Review fund components and complete the Preparers’ checklist per standards.
• Liaise with internal clients and external counterparties to obtain inputs and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to departmental procedures and controls.
• Identify control gaps and provide resolutions.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep team managers informed of daily progress and status of requests.
• Support ad-hoc projects and other tasks as assigned.
