Job summary

State Street is seeking a motivated individual to join the EMEA BOaT team in Kraków, supporting new client and fund onboarding and ongoing account maintenance. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely completion of onboarding tasks and process improvements across EMEA.

You will gain exposure to multiple business areas, participate in transformation initiatives, and develop client service and stakeholder management skills within a hybrid work model.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our EMEA Business Onboarding and Transitions (BOaT) team. In this role, you will support the onboarding of new clients and funds by opening and maintaining accounts across State Street systems while supporting improvements to onboarding processes. You will work closely with teams across the organization to ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and in line with established controls. This role offers exposure to multiple business areas across EMEA, involvement in transformation and process improvement initiatives, and opportunities to develop client service and stakeholder management skills.

The BOaT team plays a key role in providing a smooth onboarding experience for our clients. Effective onboarding enables clients to begin their relationship with State Street efficiently and confidently. As a Fund Administrator, you will coordinate onboarding activities, work with internal stakeholders across EMEA, and help drive improvements in our processes. Your work will directly contribute to service quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Open and maintain client and fund accounts across State Street systems. Coordinate onboarding activities with Client Service and internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are completed on time. Manage and prioritize onboarding activities to meet client and business deadlines. Identify opportunities to simplify day-to-day processes and support automation initiatives. Participate in regional projects and transformation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and client experience across EMEA. Maintain high standards of accuracy, risk awareness, and compliance with established procedures, controls, and regulatory requirements.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package
  • Experience in working in financial environment would be an advantage, but is not required
Work Requirements
  • Minimum of three days per week working from the office (hybrid model)
  • Working Hours: 9:00-17:00
  • Location Krakow, Poland (CBK, Podgórska Street)

Please Note: this role requires minimum 3 days work from office

Minimum Salary

zł60,000 Annual The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
