Job summary

DCG is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer – Digital Banking to design, develop, and maintain backend services for large-scale digital banking platforms. You will own server-side testing and contribute to API tests, CI/CD, and architectural discussions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, participate in the full software lifecycle, and leverage AI-assisted coding tools to boost efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Java backend.
• Experience with Java (JDK 21+) and Spring Boot 3.5+, with knowledge of newer versions.
• Practical knowledge of Git, Maven, and OpenAPI (Swagger).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, release procedures, and Jenkins.
• Experience with unit and integration testing using JUnit 5, AssertJ, and WireMock.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services for large-scale digital banking platforms.
• Own backend testing activities within the Agile team to ensure quality and performance.
• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and API tests to support CI/CD releases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in technical analysis, solution design, and architectural discussions.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle including deployment and maintenance.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency and automation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable digital banking solutions.
