Job summary

BEC Financial Technologies is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build customer-facing digital banking features for Mobile and Netbank. You’ll own multi-layer development, mentor peers, and help shape architecture in an agile product team.

The role combines frontend and backend tasks, with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability, in a hybrid office/remote setup and close collaboration with product owners, UX designers, and architects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in frontend development (3+ in Angular, latest versions).
• Experience with micro frontends or hybrid apps architecture.
• Experience with complex Angular applications, components, modules, services, rxjs, observables, signals.
• Experience with ngrx and state management.
• Experience setting and managing nx/nrwl, npm, Node.js.
• Experience with Java REST APIs and Spring / Spring Boot.
• Strong collaboration and communication in agile environments.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Processing bank requirements with business analysts to translate into feasible development tasks.
• The whole development lifecycle: technical analysis, design, development, testing and release.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of new features from analysis through release and support.
• Act as a trusted technical contributor, promoting engineering excellence and delivery outcomes.
• Code reviews, mentoring, and shaping architectural decisions in cross-functional teams.
