Spocket is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer with strong Python and React experience to help build and scale our eCommerce platform. You will join a highly skilled team, own the engineering roadmap, and mentor engineers while collaborating with CEO, Product Designer, and Growth teams.

You have at least 3 years of full-stack development experience.
You have used the following stack for more than 3 years: React, Ruby or Python, TypeScript (optional), and AWS (optional).

Responsibilities

Own and drive the product and engineering roadmap from planning through execution.
Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team, ensuring accountability, productivity, and high performance.
Act as the primary liaison between the CEO/Founder, Product Designer, and Engineering team.
Translate business goals into clear product and engineering priorities.
Oversee project timelines, sprint planning, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
Collaborate with the development, design, and growth team to come up with innovative and scalable solutions for Spocket.
Help develop and maintain key features of the existing platform.
Have ownership and responsibility for the code and the product.
