Job summary

SoftServe is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to build scalable features using Python on AWS and React on the front end. You will join a dedicated product team and work with data scientists and engineers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that meet real business needs.

You will own system design decisions, implement RESTful APIs, and contribute to CI/CD and testing practices while coordinating with multiple projects across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of architecting and building full-stack apps with Python and React.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud architecture patterns.
• Designing scalable RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code experience.
• Mentoring engineers and leading technical discussions.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) architecting and building full-stack applications with Python and React
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services (e.g., Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway) and cloud architecture patterns
• Proven experience designing scalable RESTful APIs and distributed systems
• Strong background in database design across relational and NoSQL systems
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical discussions
• Excellent communication skills for working across cross-functional, multi-project teams
