Peloton seeks a highly experienced backend software engineer to lead and build customer-facing, scalable backend services across Peloton’s web, retail and other sales channels. You will be a hands-on technical lead delivering end-to-end features with an agile team.

The role requires mentoring engineers, making strategic technical decisions, and driving fast, reliable execution while nurturing growth and learning within the team.

Competenze

• 6+ years software development experience with leadership over delivery of high impact projects.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin or Python and building RESTful microservices.
• Experience with Kafka and AWS SQS for large-scale event processing.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch.
• Spring Boot, Docker and Kubernetes expertise; unit testing and TDD.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) experience and mentoring junior engineers.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and monitoring with DataDog; agile mindset and ownership.
