Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a Frontend Developer to join an Agile team responsible for a business-critical web application. You will work hands-on with React, TypeScript, and modern tooling to deliver a robust frontend solution.

You will collaborate across disciplines, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to production releases. The role offers hybrid work from Warsaw and a 6-month contract with opportunities for training financed by Jit.

Qualifications

• Experience with a modern React-based web application.
• Proficiency with TypeScript and React Query.
• Strong knowledge of UI libraries and styling (Material UI, Tailwind CSS).
• Experience with React Testing Library and React Form.
• Solid understanding of hook-oriented programming.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance a modern React-based web application.
• Implement new business requirements and improve existing functionality.
• Support application releases, including preparation, stabilisation, and production deployment activities.
• Provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects.
• Ensure continuity of day-to-day application support during dedicated support periods.
• Improve code quality and maintain framework dependencies, including remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with Backend Developers, Business Analysts, Test Engineers, and end users to deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and production support activities.

Work model: Hybrid from Warsaw (3 days per week in the office)

Contract length: 6 months (October 2026 – March 2027)
