Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a Frontend Developer to join an Agile team responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting a business-critical web application. The role blends hands-on development with production support, using up-to-date frontend technologies.

The position involves a hybrid work model from Warsaw, with a focus on modern React-based solutions and collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software and timely releases.

Qualifications

• Experience with React.js (v18+) and modern frontend tooling.
• Proficiency in React Query, TypeScript, and testing with React Testing Library.
• Knowledge of Material UI and Tailwind CSS for UI implementation.
• Capable of hook-oriented programming and collaborating in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance a modern React-based web application.
• Implement new business requirements and improve existing functionality.
• Support application releases, including preparation, stabilisation, and production deployment activities.
• Provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects.
• Ensure continuity of day-to-day application support during dedicated support periods.
• Improve code quality and maintain framework dependencies, including remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with Backend Developers, Business Analysts, Test Engineers, and end users to deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and production support activities.

Work model: Hybrid from Warsaw (3 days per week in the office)
Contract length: 6 months (October 2026 – March 2027)
