Ciklum is seeking a Senior Logic Design Engineer to join our Poland-based team on a full-time basis. You will craft high-performance RTL for FPGA and ASIC platforms, optimize timing and latency, and work with architects, verification, software, and hardware specialists in an international setting.

The role emphasizes SystemVerilog development, hardware interfaces, and HDL-based RTL optimization, with opportunities to contribute to quantum-aware control platforms and industry-leading solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years in FPGA/ASIC digital logic design.
• SystemVerilog RTL development experience is mandatory.
• Experience with logic synthesis and static timing analysis (STA).

Responsibilities

• Design complex low-latency RTL modules using SystemVerilog.
• Develop digital logic for FPGA/ASIC applications and real-time control.
• Participate in RTL development lifecycle from architecture to verification.
• Collaborate with verification and software teams to ensure correctness.
