Job summary

ABB in Kraków is looking for a seasoned FP&A professional to analyze financial results, budgets and forecasts, and to support management decisions. You will lead monthly closing, KPI reporting, and contribute to FP&A initiatives across the CSE region.

The role requires 4+ years in financial planning & analysis, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with SAP FI/CO, Power BI and Excel. You will collaborate with Business Controllers and Partners across countries and report to

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling and management reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with month-end closing experience.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Experience working across countries, divisions and levels in a multinational setup.
Proficient in SAP FI/CO, Power BI and Excel.
Finance/Economics degree; ACCA/CIMA are a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze group financial results and coordinate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
Collaborate with reporting units and countries to address inconsistencies.
Contribute to FP&A initiatives and financial planning processes.
Lead cost-saving and process-improvement initiatives to protect profitability.
Manage MEC cycle including accruals, provisions and closing.
Perform monthly balance sheet reviews, including AR/AP, NWC and backlog.
Support APP and Cost Center reviews with Business Partners and provide insights.
Prepare month-end analysis for projects, assess profitability and variances.
