Zurich Insurance Group, Kraków Shared Service Centre, is seeking a Planning and Performance Management Specialist to support monthly, quarterly and yearly closings and provide insightful financial analysis. The role collaborates on local, regional and global projects with a proactive, can-do approach.

Requirements include 2-3 years in finance/controlling, FP&A experience, a degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent, fluent English, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of finance/controlling experience.
• FP&A/management accounting & reporting experience a must.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and support monthly, quarterly and annual closings (SAP and other tools).
• Prepare regular planning and performance reporting with data analysis and stakeholder input.
• Respond to cost-center queries and perform ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Deliver cost allocation to services, products and projects.
• Prepare and provide regular expense reporting.
• Communicate with data providers and manage incoming/outgoing communications.
