Job summary

Zurich Insurance in Kraków seeks an FP&A specialist to support monthly, quarterly and yearly closes, and to develop planning and performance reporting with data-driven insights.

The role requires 2–3 years in finance/controlling, strong Excel, SAP experience and fluent English. Power BI is a plus. We offer learning opportunities, competitive compensation and a broad benefits package including health and sport perks.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of FP&A/management accounting experience.
• Practical FP&A/management accounting and reporting experience.
• Finance and Accounting, Economics or equivalent degree.
• Very good Excel skills; SAP experience is essential; Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and support monthly, quarterly and yearly closes (SAP and other tools).
• Prepare and provide regular planning and performance reports with data analysis.
• Respond to cost-center managers and business queries with financial analysis.
• Deliver cost allocation to services (products/projects) and customers.
• Prepare and provide regular expense reporting.
• Communicate with data providers and handle correspondence.
