Job summary

ABB E-mobility in Kraków, Poland, seeks a Global Finance and Business Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting across global operations. You will focus on profitability, revenue, cost and inventory controlling, providing reliable insights for business decisions.

The role requires a Finance/Accounting degree, SAP S/4HANA experience, advanced Excel, and strong English communication. Italian language skills are a plus and exposure to international teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in financial controlling and reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and controlling processes.
• Knowledge of Revenue Recognition principles and related accounting.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA; SAC knowledge highly desirable.
• Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem solving.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; Italian language skills are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting.
• Analyze P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow performance.
• Perform detailed analysis of revenues, costs, margins and profitability.
• Support revenue recognition and compliance with accounting policies.
• Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements and provisions.
• Investigate financial variances and identify root causes.
• Cooperate with Accounting and business stakeholders to improve reporting quality.
• Prepare management reports and performance analyses
