Job summary

Zurich Insurance Group in Kraków is seeking a Planning & Performance Management Specialist to support monthly, quarterly and yearly closings, consolidate forecasts, and maintain SAP master data. You will engage in local, regional and global projects with a proactive, can-do approach.

The role requires 2–3 years in finance/controlling, FP&A experience, strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant finance/controlling experience
• Practical FP&A/management accounting experience
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and support monthly, quarterly and yearly closings (SAP and other tools)
• Collect and consolidate expense actuals and plan data to prepare forecasts
• Maintain master data in SAP and planning systems for quality control
• Deliver cost allocation to services, products and customers
• Prepare and provide regular expense reporting
• Respond to cost-center queries from managers and business teams
• Identify financial issues and support counter-measures and tracking
• Lead project modules related to Planning and Performance Management
