Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Business Services Poland) is seeking a seasoned Finance professional to support managerial accounting, reporting, and planning tasks, ensuring timely delivery and accurate data.

You will safeguard balance sheet reconciliation governance, perform performance analyses, and provide business insights to drive fact-based decisions. The role emphasizes strong controls, budgeting coordination, and alignment with global and local governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 6+ years of experience including at least 5 years in finance analysis.
• Experience in a service delivery model environment.
• Experience in working with BI systems.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Executing complex managerial accounting and reporting actuals and planning tasks on time.
• Safeguarding the quality of balance sheet accounts reconciliation process.
• Performing complex analysis of business performance vs budget and forecast.
• Analyzing financial data and providing valuable business insights for decisions.
• Providing adequate and dedicated support to the responsible Business Controller.
• Coordinating preparation of planning, budgeting and forecasting with governance.
• Ensuring processes and controls are designed and implemented per requirements.
• Maintaining audit trail and documenting SOPs to meet SLAs and KPIs.
