Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial controlling, planning, and financial analysis.
• At least 4 years in managing people, preferably expert teams.
• Good understanding of financial statement and accounting principles.
• English B2/C1 written and verbal communication skills.

• Coordinating and supervising daily team activities.
• Playing a key role in transformations and process improvements.
• Overseeing integration of financial software to automate FP&A processes.
• Providing training and mentorship to the FP&A team.
