Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Business Services Poland) is seeking a skilled FP&A professional to join our finance team. You will support annual planning, rolling forecasts, and performance management across HBSP and global markets, turning data into actionable insights.

You will build management reports and dashboards, perform variance analyses, and help drive automation of reporting processes, collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, Transformation, Regions, OpCos and HBS Centres.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Data Analytics.
• Experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Business Controlling, Reporting, Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
• Experience with management reporting, forecasting, planning processes and business case preparation.
• Advanced Excel and confidence working with large datasets and financial models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset, strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to transform analysis into meaningful business insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning, rolling forecasts and performance management across HBSP and global markets.
• Prepare and develop management reports, dashboards and business insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Perform variance analyses, scenario modelling and translating financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Support business case preparation, governance and value capture tracking for transformation and transition initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Transformation, Regions, OpCos and HBS Centres.
• Validate, reconciling and ensuring the quality of financial and operational data.
• Improve and automate reporting processes, templates and data flows.
• Support KPI monitoring, performance reporting and management presentations.
• Turn complex data into clear and compelling business stories for senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate recurring activities.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field
• experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Business Controlling, Reporting, Finance Business Partnering or Transformation Finance
• strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data
• experience with management reporting, forecasting, planning processes and business case preparation
• solid understanding of P&L, cost drivers, KPIs and performance management
• advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets and financial models
• excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• proactive mindset, strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• ability to transform analysis into meaningful business insights and recommendations

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• experience with Power BI, data visualisation or dashboarding tools
• experience in a Shared Services, Global Business Services or Service Delivery environment
• knowledge of SAP, SAC, CFIN, ServiceNow or other enterprise reporting systems
• experience supporting transformation, transition or value capture initiatives
• familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT
