Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków, part of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services, seeks an experienced FP&A professional to lead planning, budgeting, and financial analysis across the business unit. The role focuses on transforming FP&A processes, standardizing controls, and driving profitability improvements.

You will manage a team of FP&A professionals, ensuring adherence to established processes, delivering insights to senior management, and mentoring colleagues to strengthen capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or accounting
• CIMA/ACCA qualification or in progress desired
• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial controlling, planning, and financial analysis
• At least 4 years in managing people (preferably expert teams)
• Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Strong business acumen, analytical and decision-making skills
• Great relationship builder, able to influence stakeholders at all levels
• English proficiency (B2/C1) in written and spoken form

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily FP&A team activities (period closing, planning & budgeting/forecasting, profitability)
• Drive transformations, standardization, and process improvements within FP&A
• Oversee integration and use of financial software to automate FP&A processes
• Ensure processes and controls comply with HEINEKEN Group requirements
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and SLAs/KPIs
• Act as escalation point for processes and cases
• Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to FP&A team
• Lead and develop FP&A professionals and plan succession
• Set department goals and strategy with transparent communication
