Job summary

Cooper Standard Polska Sp. z o.o. Oddział w Bielsku-Białej seeks a finance-oriented professional to drive program profitability by analyzing margins and operational drivers.

You will work with engineering, operations, purchasing, and plant teams to translate technical data into financial insights. The role requires a master's degree in Finance or Industrial Engineering, 5+ years in automotive or aerospace, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or Industrial Engineering is required.
• At least five years of experience in automotive or aerospace with strong industrial exposure.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP costing experience is an advantage; fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Partner with program managers to drive program profitability over time.
• Analyze product margins and their operational drivers (design, BOMs, routings, cycle times, labor, scrap, rates).
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, purchasing, sales, and plant teams to implement profitability roadmaps.

Your responsibilities

Your role: Partner with program managers to drive program profitability overtime. Analyze product margins and their operational drivers, including: Product design and specifications Bills of material and production routings Cycle times, labor, scrap, and hourly rates Purchasing prices, volumes, tooling, and capital expenditure Customer price breakdowns Challenge action plans and track profitability roadmaps. Work closely with engineering, operations, purchasing, sales, commercial finance, and plant teams.

Our requirements

• Your profile:
• Master’s degree in Finance or Industrial Engineering.
• At least five years of experience in automotive or aerospace, always with a strong industrial exposure.
• Example: product cost estimators, plant cost accountants, and industrial process engineers ready to move into a finance-oriented role.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP costing experience is an advantage, AI Fluent English, both written and spoke
