Job summary

OP Mobility in Gliwice, Poland invites a PROGRAM CONTROLLING MANAGER to join our finance team. You will oversee project portfolio reporting, IFRS compliance, and financial analysis across international programs in a fast-moving automotive environment.

The role emphasizes close collaboration with BU Directors and Program Managers, driving rolling forecasts and budgeting, and supporting impairment reviews. Master’s in Finance with 3+ years Controlling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance with experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Controlling.
• International exposure in the automotive industry would be a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to interact with people from various backgrounds, including BU Directors and Program Managers.

Responsibilities

• Monitors & reports project portfolio in monthly closing, rolling forecast, budget, and strategic planning.
• Ensures correct application of IFRS rules regarding project accounting.
• Establishes year-end impairment test review for external auditors.
• Reviews stop-invest scenarios with AVP and BU teams for new businesses.
• Supports standard hourly rates calculation and defines methodology with Bus program controllers.
• Attends and supports Project milestone reviews for financial aspects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree Finance with Experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Controlling
• Previous program controlling experience in the automotive industry with international exposure would be a plus
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work with tight deadlines
• Ability to interact with people from various backgrounds, including high level (BU Directors, Global Accounts Directors, Program Managers)

Responsibilities:

• Monitors & reports project portfolio in the various financial processes (monthly closing, rolling forecast, budget, strategic planning)
• Ensures correct application of IFRS rules regarding project accounting
• Establishes project year-end impairment test review to be presented to the external auditors
• Establishes & review “stop invest”(business plan) scenarios for new businesses with support of AVP and BU teams
• Supports standard hourly rates calculation & define methodology in coordination with Bus program controllers
• Attends and support Project milestone reviews for the financial aspects
