ASTEMO POLAND Z.O.O. is seeking a Financial Controller/Controlling Specialist to join our finance team in Wrocław. You will develop financial models, perform profitability analyses, and support budgeting and forecasting processes to drive business performance.

You will also contribute to month-end close, cost-saving initiatives, liquidity management, and analytics tooling using Power BI and Power Platform.

Competenze

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller/Controlling Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Power Query and VBA.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Focus on process optimization and automation.
• Resilience under pressure with strong time management.
• Very good organizational skills.

• Develop advanced financial models and analyses related to profitability, liquidity, and business efficiency.
