Job summary

AimBig Employment Pty Ltd is seeking a senior FP&A/Controlling professional to provide insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions, and to drive improvements in financial reporting and forecasting.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, month‑end closure, inventory valuation and cost analyses while partnering with finance and operations to improve visibility and performance across functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience in cost analysis, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis.
• Good understanding of financial statements and management reporting.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities
