Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join a dynamic international manufacturing organization in Poland. The role combines financial planning, reporting, cost analysis and business partnering to translate data into insights.

You will work with finance and operations, lead budgets and forecasts, support month-end closes, and provide reporting to Group Finance. The position offers high visibility and opportunities to influence decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience in cost analysis, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis.
• Good understanding of financial statements and management reporting.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
