EngagedMD is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to own budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, turning data into actionable insights that drive growth. You’ll collaborate with teams to understand business performance and plan for the future.

In this fully remote role, you’ll contribute to month-end close, variance analysis, and process improvements, while maintaining a startup mindset and strong communication across the organization. You must reside in the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate finance, banking, Big Four or related analysis role.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel/Sheets skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL and ERP systems.
• Startup mindset with drive for process improvement and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budgeting process and planning.
• Manage quarterly forecasts and updated projections.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify drivers of performance.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support decisions.
• Assist month-end close with reporting and journal entries.
• Improve financial processes and reporting quality.
