Electrolux Group in Krakow is seeking an experienced RTR Accountant/Senior Accountant to support General Ledger activities for the North American region. You will work closely with stakeholders and the RTR Team Leader to ensure accurate financial reporting in an international environment.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, 3+ years of experience, and advanced MS Excel; SAP experience is essential, with NetSuite/JDE being a plus. Hybrid work and learning opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Strong accounting knowledge with ability to prepare financial statements.
• Experience in general ledger and month-end closing processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Minimum 3+ years in finance or accounting.

Aufgaben

• Perform General Ledger accounting with focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including month-end accruals.
• Support period-end closing activities in line with corporate timelines.
• Maintain high data quality standards and timely reporting.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
