Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a GBS Finance Transformation Expert to support CFOs in digital Finance Transformation programs within the Strategy & Consulting practice. You will help transform Finance into a digitally-enabled partner using GBS.

Based in Warsaw with potential travel across Europe, you will work with global teams, advise on Finance processes, design GBS, manage stakeholders, and contribute to thought leadership in Digital Finance Transformation.

Qualifications

Experience in Finance Transformation programs for large-scale organizations.
Knowledge of R2R, P2P and O2C processes is a plus.
Ability to work with mid-senior to senior stakeholders.
Experience in consulting/GBS environments.
Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Act as a finance transformation SME with global teams to shape and implement GBS.
Advise clients on GBS strategy, design, setup and improvements.
Contribute to GBS design and transformation discussions.
Shape Accenture's thought capital on Digital Finance Transformation and GBS.
Collaborate in an international team where English is the common language.
