Job summary

Helprise seeks a Senior Finance Process Transformation Consultant to support its internal Process Excellence team within a global GBS structure. The role focuses on process discovery, diagnosis and future-state design with emphasis on automation and AI-enabled transformation.

You will work with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to assess current ways of working, identify opportunities and develop actionable recommendations, including roadmaps and business cases for governance

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in Business Process Transformation, Process Excellence, Management Consulting or Operating Model Design.
• Proven experience independently leading process discovery, diagnosis and future-state design engagements.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes and their cross-functional dependencies.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience with senior leadership.
• Ability to navigate complex environments and translate ambiguous challenges into structured recommendations.
• Experience developing transformation roadmaps, business cases and executive-ready deliverables.
• Understanding of how process design, governance, data and technology enable automation and AI-driven transformation.
• Experience in global organizations, preferably within GBS/SSC or consulting environments.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead process discovery and diagnostic engagements, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, AS-IS assessments and gap analysis.
• Assess end-to-end Finance processes and their interdependencies with Procurement, IT, Supply Chain and other functions.
• Design future-state processes and operating models, including governance, RACI, KPIs and responsibilities.
• Facilitate complex workshops with Directors and VPs to align perspectives and set transformation priorities.
• Identify opportunities for standardization, automation and AI adoption, considering data readiness and business needs.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases and executive presentations with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional experts to ensure practical, scalable solutions aligned with objectives.

We are looking for a Senior Finance Process Transformation Consultant to support the internal Process Excellence team within the GBS structure of a large global organization.

This is a senior, advisory-focused role centered on process discovery, diagnosis and future-state design, rather than operational process management or project delivery.

You will work closely with global Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to assess existing ways of working, identify transformation opportunities and develop actionable recommendations for process, governance and operating model improvements.

A key focus will be creating the foundations for digital transformation, automation, AI adoption and other technology-driven initiatives.

YOU WILL:

• Independently lead process discovery and diagnostic engagements, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, AS-IS assessments and gap analysis.
• Assess end-to-end Finance processes and their interdependencies with Procurement, IT, Supply Chain and other business functions.
• Design future-state processes and operating models, including process ownership, governance, RACI, KPIs and organizational responsibilities.
