Job summary

Smith+Naphew, based primarily in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the Central and Eastern Europe team. You will partner across direct, hybrid and distributor markets to shape strategy, support business expansion and drive sustainable performance.

You will translate financial and commercial information into clear, forward-looking insight, challenge assumptions, and help leaders decide where to invest and where to adjust.

Qualifications

• Significant Commercial Finance Business Partnering experience with Finance Director level capability or equivalent.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management across multiple markets and stakeholders.
• Excellent prioritisation and decision making, able to manage conflicting demands under pressure.
• Finance degree required; healthcare or life sciences experience preferable; GTM transformation experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Translate financial and commercial information into clear, forward-looking insights for leaders.
• Support business planning and forecasting across pricing, customer profitability, and portfolio performance.
• Help drive innovation, change and greater efficiency across the organisation.
