Responsibilities

• Act as financial partner to Poland Business Unit Director; lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for Poland.
• Provide actionable insights on volume, net sales value and gross profit and ROI of promotions.
• Support pricing, discounts, and rebate management; ensure spend aligns with plan.
• Drive risk/opportunity communication and continuous process improvements in planning and reporting.
