CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst for a fully remote role based in Poland. You will own financial performance, reporting, governance and commercial management for a major client contract, partnering with operational leaders and clients to drive profitability and strategic growth.

The role requires 5–6 years in finance, strong accounting and forecasting skills, and experience with ERP systems (iScala/PeopleSoft). Fluent English is essential; Polish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in finance or a similar commercial finance role.
• Strong skills in management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Fluent English; Polish language would be an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems (iScala and/or PeopleSoft preferred).

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of the contract's financial performance, reporting, controls and commercial management.
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting, including P&L analysis and forecasts.
• Monitor revenue, costs, billing, debt, POs, WIP, and ledger postings against budgets.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights.
• Support annual budgeting, business planning, forecasting, benchmarking, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Lead and mentor the Contract Support team.
• Drive process improvements and governance across finance activities.
• Provide financial guidance to non-finance stakeholders.
• Participate in governance meetings and site reviews to address risks and opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive finance professional who enjoys combining financial expertise, stakeholder management, and team leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.What You Will Do:• Take ownership of the financial performance, reporting, controls, and commercial management of the contract, helping drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial reporting, including P&L analysis, forecasts, balance sheet reconciliations, profitability reporting, and client-facing financial reports.• Monitor and manage key financial metrics such as revenue, costs, billing, debt, purchase orders, work in progress, and ledger postings, ensuring alignment with budgets and forecasts.• Identify financial risks and opportunities, provide insightful analysis, and recommend actions to improve contract performance and profitability.• Support annual budgeting, business planning, forecasting, benchmarking, and cost-benefit analysis activities.• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, statutory requirements, and audit standards.• Build strong relationships with clients, operational leaders, and finance stakeholders, acting as a trusted business partner and advisor.• Lead, develop, and mentor the Contract Support team, including performance management, training, succession planning, and continuous development.• Drive process improvements, challenge existing practices, and implement initiatives that enhance efficiency, controls, and service delivery.• Provide financial guidance and training to operational teams, helping non-finance stakeholders better understand financial performance and business drivers.• Participate in governance meetings, site visits, and stakeholder reviews, ensuring risks, issues, and improvement opportunities are identified and addressed proactively.What You Will Need:• 5-6 years of experience in finance, management accounting, financial analysis, or a similar commercial finance role.• Strong management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.• Fluent English; Polish would be an advantage.• Experience with ERP systems (iScala and/or PeopleSoft preferred).• Good understanding of financial controls, balance sheet management, profitability analysis, and statutory reporting requirements.• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with integrated financial systems and reporting tools.• Proven ability to analyse complex financial data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.• Previous experience leading or mentoring teams, with strong people management and stakeholder management capabilities.• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.• Strong customer focus and the ability to build trusted partnerships with clients and internal teams.• Experience within facilities management, property, professional services, or contract-based environments would be advantageous.We Offer:• Fully remote role based in Poland.• A supportive and collaborative team environment.• Opportunities to learn and grow within CBRE GWS.• A comprehensive benefits package, including private medical care, co-financing of a sports card, and life insurance.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: CBRE is an equal opportunity employer.
