Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst in Poland to drive financial performance and reporting for a high-profile client account. You will partner with operational leaders, ensuring governance and strong controls while supporting strategic growth.

The role focuses on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and mentoring a Contract Support team in a fast-paced environment. Remote work is available within Poland with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in finance, management accounting, or similar
• Strong management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Fluent English; Polish would be an advantage
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with integrated financial systems

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of financial performance, reporting, controls, and commercial management of the contract.
• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial reporting, including P&L analysis, forecasts, balance sheet reconciliations, profitability reporting, and client-facing reports.
• Monitor and manage key financial metrics such as revenue, costs, billing, debt, purchase orders, work in progress, and ledger postings.
• Identify risks and opportunities, provide analysis, and recommend actions to improve contract performance and profitability.
• Support annual budgeting, business planning, forecasting, benchmarking, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, statutory requirements, and audit standards.
• Build relationships with clients and finance stakeholders; act as trusted advisor.
• Lead and mentor the Contract Support team with performance management and development.
• Drive process improvements and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and delivery.
• Provide financial guidance to operational teams to improve understanding of performance.
