CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in Poland is seeking a Finance professional to support accounting and reporting across borders. You will work with international teams, manage month-end close, and provide financial analysis to drive decisions.

The role offers a remote working arrangement from Poland and a maternity cover contract, with a collaborative, supportive team. The ideal candidate has a degree in Finance or Economics, 2–3 years in finance operations, and strong Excel and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial accounting, finance operations, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and month-end processes.

Responsabilités

• Support Finance Manager in delivering high-quality financial reporting and management information.
• Assist with month-end close activities: accruals, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and SOX reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and cash flow data.
• Support revenue, margin, and cost tracking, including budget monitoring and savings reporting.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities: invoicing, credit control, supplier payments, and PO management.
• Maintain financial records and trackers, ensuring data accuracy across ERP systems.
• Work with Shared Service Centres, in-country finance teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions across EMEA sites.
