Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is hiring a Finance professional for its Global Workplace Solutions team. The role supports accounting, reporting, and month-end close across multiple EMEA countries in a multinational environment.

You will prepare financial reports, manage journals, and maintain data integrity in ERP systems while collaborating with international teams. Fluency in English is required; Polish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial accounting, finance operations, financial planning, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Manager in delivering high-quality financial reporting and management information.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and cash flow information.
• Create and post journal entries, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain financial records and reporting trackers, ensuring data integrity across ERP systems.
• Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to produce meaningful financial reports and insights.
• Prepare and review financial reporting packages to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to queries from management and vendors, providing support on financial and accounting matters.
• Support scenario planning activities and analyze business performance trends.
• Investigate and resolve accounting issues, identifying potential risks and recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports to support client and business needs.
