Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior External Development Producer to ensure high-quality delivery of external and internal projects while forging strong ties with external partners. If you are well-organized and efficient in cross-team work and want to apply your skills to 3rd party collaborations on top titles, this is for you.

You will coordinate milestones, evaluate progress, mitigate risks, align planning across teams, and assist with budgets and contracts.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager or Release Manager in the gaming industry.
• Experience shipping complex game projects, including AAA titles or innovative mobile titles.
• Proven ability to work across teams involved in a game development life cycle.
• Knowledge of the game development and production processes.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and tools.
• Broad knowledge of global gaming trends and player expectations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Working mode

• In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation is required.
