Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior External Development Producer to ensure high-quality delivery of external and internal projects while forging strong ties with external partners. If you excel at cross-team coordination and want to work with third-party partners on top titles, this role is for you.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating milestones and console submissions, providing feedback, planning development processes, mitigating risks, and ensuring clear communication between partners

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager or Release Manager.
• Experience shipping complex game projects, including AAA titles or innovative mobile titles.
• Proven ability to effectively work across teams involved in a game development life cycle.
• Knowledge of the game development and production processes.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented and organized.
• Fluent English and familiarity with common industry terminology.

Working mode

• In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation is required.
